PS900D should be applied using professional 1:1 two-component polyurea spray equipment.
Recommended:
- GRACO H-XP3 spray machine
- Fusion-air purge or mechanical purge spray gun
Application parameters:
- Material temperature: 65℃-70℃
- Hose temperature: 55℃-65℃
- Spray pressure: 2000-2500 psi
Surface Preparation
Before application:
- Clean the substrate surface and remove dust, oil and loose materials.
- Repair cracks and surface defects.
- Apply suitable primer on concrete surfaces.
