Project Overview

Finished in 2020, this large-scale flooring project covers 15,000 square meters of parking garage floor space in China. To solve the common wear and contamination issues of traditional garage floors, we applied a customized three-layer polyaspartic high wear-resistant flooring system. The layered structure delivers strong load-bearing performance, excellent abrasion resistance and long-term usability for heavy-duty parking environments.

Field Difficulties

Parking garage floors face constant tire friction, repeated vehicle loading, oil stains and daily dust buildup. Ordinary floor coatings wear out quickly, fade easily and absorb oil contaminants. These defects lead to poor floor appearance, difficult daily cleaning and continuous maintenance costs for long-term operation.

Applied Flooring System

The project adopted a scientific composite flooring structure with accurate material consumption standards to ensure stable and high-quality floor performance:
✅ Epoxy Primer (0.3kg/sqm): Seals concrete pores, blocks moisture and alkali penetration, and strengthens bonding strength for the entire flooring system.
✅ Solvent-free Epoxy Topcoat (1kg/sqm): Builds a solid, flat base layer with stable bearing capacity, supporting frequent vehicle rolling and daily pressure.
✅ Polyaspartic High Wear-resistant Clear Varnish (0.5kg/sqm): Acts as the surface protective layer, providing outstanding wear resistance, anti-oil and anti-fouling properties while retaining a neat, clear surface effect.
