Spray polyurea coating system for warehouse floor
This Kazakhstan logistics warehouse project adopted a spray polyurea elastic flooring system to solve epoxy floor bubbling, cracking and acid corrosion caused by groundwater seepage. The 3mm seamless floor withstands 5 tons/㎡ forklift load and -30℃~120℃ thermal shock, achieving long-term waterproof and anti-corrosion warehouse protection.

Spray Polyurea Elastic Flooring System:
Primer: Epoxy penetrating primer (blocks moisture vapor transmission)
Mid-layer: 3mm pure polyurea elastic layer (seamless waterproofing, withstands thermal shock from -30℃ to 120℃)
Topcoat: Anti-slip polyurea topcoat (chemical-resistant, friction coefficient ≥0.6)
