Construction steps:
1: Base surface treatment
Concrete: Grind and dry;
Steel: Sandblasted for rust removal, reaching Sa2.5 grade in accordance with ISO8501-1 standard.
2: Spraying construction
High-pressure airless spraying, 2 layers of film formation (total film thickness 500μm);
24-hour curing, delivery within 3 days.
3: Meet environmental protection standards
The VOC is only 95g/L, far below the industry standard.
