1. Product description

PS700F is a 1:1 volume ratio, solvent-free, aliphatic pure polyurea designed for spray application, offering instant curing and rapid thick-film formation; it maintains performance and hardness at temperatures up to 80°C, provides excellent elongation to withstand substrate movement, and is odorless after curing for safe use in confined spaces.

3.Application scope

Designed for industrial and commercial applications exposed to continuous or intermittent UV radiation, this product provides integrated decorative and waterproof protection without requiring a topcoat. Typical uses include outdoor parking lots, stadium bleachers, roofs, water park pools, swimming pool liners, and playground floors.

4.Surface preparation

Concrete surface: achieve a strong, dense, flat, clean, and dry state. There should be no phenomena such as sanding, shelling, cracks, honeycomb and pockmarks. Usually concrete should be prepared by putty.

Wood surface: clean, dry, without burrs, fragments, and loose debris.

5.Package
