Case of 2017 Hunan workshop floor renovation with full polyurea coating system, providing wear-resistant, seamless and low-maintenance flooring for industrial production workshops.
Project Info
Completed in 2017, this project implemented a full polyurea coating system for standard industrial workshop floors in Hunan, China. It was designed to replace worn traditional flooring and deliver a high-strength, seamless floor solution suitable for daily industrial production.
Site Problems
Ordinary workshop floor coatings are easily damaged by long-term equipment movement, walking friction and dust buildup. Common issues include wear, cracking, peeling and poor stain resistance, which lead to frequent maintenance and affect workshop operating efficiency.
Construction Method
We finished professional floor base polishing, cleaning and repairing before construction. The whole polyurea system was sprayed integrally on the floor. The fast-curing material forms a dense, seamless and high-adhesion protective layer that fits industrial workshop working conditions.
