Completed in 2018, this project implemented a full polyurea coating system for commercial floor renovation in Shanghai, China. Aimed at solving aging and durability issues of traditional commercial floors, the project adopted professional polyurea coating technology to create a seamless, high-performance floor surface that fits high-frequency commercial usage scenarios.
Site Challenges
Commercial floors suffer from long-term high pedestrian traffic, frequent friction and various daily stains. Traditional floor coatings easily wear, fade, peel and accumulate dirt after long service, leading to poor appearance and high maintenance costs.
