1. Project Overview

Completed in 2017, this high-standard industrial floor coating project was located in Xi'an, China, serving an aircraft factory workshop. To meet the strict high-cleanliness, anti-corrosion and heavy-load requirements of aerospace manufacturing scenarios, we adopted a professional four-layer composite protection system: epoxy primer, polyaspartic polyurea mortar, high-solid elastic polyaspartic polyurea coating, and polyaspartic polyurea topcoat. The project effectively solved common floor defects of aviation workshops and achieved long-term, stable, high-performance floor protection.

2. Project Background & Challenges

Aircraft manufacturing workshops require ultra-high floor stability, cleanliness and durability, bearing heavy equipment pressure, aviation oil and chemical reagent erosion, and long-term high-precision production environment tests. Traditional epoxy floors and ordinary coatings are prone to wear, peeling, dusting and cracking, which cannot meet aerospace production standards. For this reason, we applied a high-performance polyaspartic polyurea composite coating system tailored for high-end industrial workshop floors.

✅ Polyaspartic Polyurea High Solid Elastic Coating: Provides excellent elasticity and crack-bridging performance, buffers mechanical pressure, and features low VOC to meet aerospace environmental protection standards.
✅ Polyaspartic Polyurea Topcoat: Forms a dense, seamless surface layer with outstanding wear resistance, chemical resistance and dustproof performance, easy to clean and maintain for long-term stable use.
