Industry Challenges
Fujian coastal areas feature high humidity, heavy rainfall and strong coastal salt spray all year round. Outdoor industrial steel pipelines are exposed to such harsh environments for a long time, prone to oxidative rust, surface corrosion and coating aging and peeling. Conventional protective coatings have poor resistance to humid and salt-containing atmospheres, which cannot provide long-term stable protection. Pipeline corrosion will cause structural damage, affect medium transportation safety, and bring continuous maintenance pressure to industrial pipeline systems.
Customized Anti-Corrosion Solution
Targeting the coastal humid and salt-rich climatic characteristics of Fujian, we deployed a professional industrial heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system for full external protection of steel pipelines. The coating features excellent salt spray resistance, moisture-proof performance and strong substrate adhesion. It forms a continuous, seamless and compact protective film on the pipeline outer wall, effectively isolating air moisture, salt media and atmospheric corrosive substances, thoroughly solving the problem of pipeline external corrosion caused by coastal complex weather.
