1.Description
PS600H is a material characterized by its high crosslinking density and moderate elasticity, along with exceptional wear resistance. During vehicle collisions, the body is susceptible to damage, which can pose serious risks to occupants. Therefore, selecting a reliable explosion-resistant material for vehicle protection is crucial. To address this need, we have developed a high-strength, explosion-protective coating that offers outstanding toughness, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. This coating has been widely applied in armored vehicles, police cars, special-purpose escort vehicles, and sports utility vehicles.
PS600H offers high reactivity and fast curing properties. It can be sprayed onto curved, sloped, or vertical surfaces without sagging.The resulting surface exhibits a granular texture that is visually appealing and pleasant to the touch. The coating forms a dense, seamless film with strong adhesion to the substrate, significantly enhancing bond strength. It provides excellent explosion protection, impact resistance, and collision resistance, helping to safeguard the vehicle body and reduce damage from external forces. When sprayed in combination with a polyaspartic anti-aging topcoat, it effectively prevents color fading, ensures an attractive appearance, and enhances overall safety.

4.Construction method
1) Spray equipment: spray polyurea materials must be constructed using a dedicated (1:1) two-component spray equipment. Such as Graco's H-XP3 and so on.
2) Construction environment requirements: In order to achieve the best coating effect, the site requires ventilation, he ambient temperature should not be lower than 10 °C, the substrate temperature is higher than the dew point of 5 °C, and the air humidity is less than 80%.

7. Safety
Spraying polyurea materials should be equipped with basic labor protection measures during it was be used.
