Completed in 2023, this industrial flooring upgrading project serves a professional pharmaceutical production plant in Northeast China. Pharmaceutical manufacturing venues impose extremely strict requirements on floor cleanliness, wear resistance, chemical stability and sterile environment, which ordinary floor coatings cannot meet.
Coupled with the unique climatic characteristics of Northeast China—long cold winters, large seasonal temperature differences and dry atmospheric environment—traditional epoxy floors are prone to cracking, peeling, yellowing and poor adhesion under low-temperature alternating conditions. Meanwhile, frequent cleaning, disinfection reagent scouring and mechanical equipment rolling in pharmaceutical workshops will cause irreversible damage to ordinary flooring, bringing hidden dangers to sterile production and daily workshop operation.

Customized Polyaspartic Polyurea Flooring Solution
