Power Plant
2015 Tianjin power plant project adopts high-performance polyurea coating system for industrial anti-corrosion protection, resisting chemical erosion and harsh factory operating environments.
Project Profile
Location: Tianjin, China
Completion Year: 2015
Coating Solution: Professional Polyurea Coating System
Project Background
Power plant facilities face severe industrial corrosion challenges throughout long-term operation, including flue gas erosion, chemical residue corrosion, high temperature alternation and humid industrial atmosphere. Traditional coating systems easily suffer from aging, cracking and peeling, leading to frequent equipment maintenance and affecting the stable operation of power infrastructure. This project adopted advanced polyurea coating technology for overall anti-corrosion upgrading of the power plant.
Technical Solution
The high-performance polyurea coating system was applied to key steel structures and facility surfaces of the Tianjin power plant. Featuring dense seamless film formation, excellent chemical resistance, high temperature stability and strong mechanical toughness, the coating effectively isolates corrosive flue gas, moisture and industrial pollutants. It provides comprehensive and heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection for power plant equipment under continuous high-load operating conditions.
Project Highlights & Effect
This polyurea anti-corrosion project greatly improved the environmental adaptability and corrosion resistance of power plant facilities. It effectively avoids common coating failure problems caused by industrial complex working conditions, extends the service life of power equipment, reduces downtime maintenance costs, and ensures long-term safe and stable operation of the power plant system.
