High-Permeability Epoxy Primer

Description 

Composition	A two-component coating consisting of E51 epoxy resin and modified aromatic amine curing agents.
Curing method	Normal temperature curing, 0-35 ℃.
Application	High permeability primer for cement substrate.
Features	It has good sealing and permeability, and plays a good role in reinforcing and sealing the concrete base.
Package	Main agent 20kg curing agent 9kg, ratio 1:1.
Range of use	The main design is applied to the concrete substrate, which plays the role of good penetration, sealing pores and strengthening cement.

Attention:  

Construction prohibited when humidity is greater than 90%RH;

Ensure that the concrete reaches the maintenance standard and the moisture content is lower than 8% before construction carried out；

The concrete foundation must be polished and cleaned thoroughly before construction carried out；

Due to rapid reactivity, the mixed material must be promptly poured onto the substrate to avoid excessive heat buildup in the container.

User's guidance: 

Mix the two ingredients strictly in proportion and stir well; short-stem roller or Trowel construction;

Coating amount controlled by 0.1-0.15kg/m2.

Storage/Shelf Life: Ideal storage condition is 0-35℃in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. / One year
