Solvent free two-component flexible Polyurea elastomer joint filler

Description

ST910 is a Solvent-free, two-component 100% solid content flexible polyurea elastomer product. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by volume, it can cure under the environment temperature of -28℃ to 54℃, the tack-free time is 2-5 min, it can return to site service of vehicle running and people work in half an hour after application, it is a high quality material for concrete crack and joint repair.

Application guide

Recommended coating method: Use manual (hand-operated) cartridege guns or an ElectroFlow-type dispensing system to extrude the two-component material through 

static mixing tubes.

Application note

1.Shake cartridge prior to application and each time it is used for a minimum of 1 minute. Use static mixing tubes to extrude the material,

do not allow mixed material to reside in static mixing head or mixer for more than 30 seconds or nozzle blockage may result.

2.Discard a small amount of product prior to application. Ratio may be slightly off when initial product travels through static mixer. Once uniform mixture is observed, product is ready for application.

3.It can be applied on damp substrate, the product will be even and no bubbles occur, but the adhesive strength will fall down.
